Rich cold buffet and hot dishes on the platters

 

I. course – warm dishes on the platters to the tables

Free choice of 2 components from the following (pork-, chicken-, duck fillet, salmon from the oven)
Free choice of 1 component from the following (parsnip puree, herb potatoes or rice with vegetables)
Cooked vegetables
2 sauces based on the chef’s choice will be added to chosen components
(red or white wine sauce, raspberry-, mustard-, or smoked cheese sauce)

II. course – rich cold buffet

Fish selection
lightly salted salmon     30g
choice of herring      30g
trout terrine       30g
(with crispy bread and butter)

Meat selection
roast beef      30g
chicken roulade      30g
smoked ham     30g
(horseradish and mustard sauce)

Salad selection
Fresh salad with fruit and Brie cheese
Caesar’s salad with chicken fillet
Ludvig’s potato salad

III. course – Dessert

Selected cake, tart or dessert from Ludvig’s manor café.
Coffee, tea, ice water in jars
